As your Service provider, TechLove Inc., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of State of Delaware, respects your legal rights of privacy when collecting, storing, using and transmitting Personal Information (as defined below) and this Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy and practices regarding how your Personal Information will be treated. This Privacy Policy applies to all registered and unregistered Users of the Company and may from time to time be revised, or otherwise changed where necessary.

By being one of our Users or visitors to our Website you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy and THAT YOU GIVE US YOUR CONSENT to collect, use and disclose such Personal Information. Our products, services, and software include but are not limited to Mirror Life (the “Services”). The "TechLove Privacy Policy" shall be referred to as the "Privacy Policy" hereinafter.

Your privacy is an important factor that we considered in the development of our Services. As such, we are committed to being transparent and open. This Privacy Policy explains generally how we receive information, which may include personally identifiable data ("Personal Data"), and what we do with that information once we have it and our security measures.

BY USING OUR WEBSITE, OR DOWNLOADING OUR SOFTWARES, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA AS OUTLINED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to the Company, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of the Company and the authorized third parties referred to herein.

We may also collect:

Both the Website and Mirror Life use cookies to better your interactions with the Website and Mirror Life. Our servers will send to your device a cookie while you visit our Website or Mirror Life. The cookies, however, cannot be used to personally identify you, but merely recognize your Web browser. We will not be able to know your identity unless you choose to identify yourself to us by, for instance, responding to our marketing questionnaire.

The types of Cookies include session-based and persistent-based Cookies. Session cookies only exist during a session and disappear while you close your browser or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies will be kept on your computer after you close your browser or turn off your computer. In case you choose to identify yourself to us, the Website use session cookies containing encrypted information to allow us to uniquely identify you, which allows us to, for instance, process your online requests or transactions.

Mirror Life and the Website use persistent cookies that only the Company will be able to read and use to identify your previous visit. Whenever you access Mirror Life or the Website, a unique identifier is assigned to you through the server. This unique identifier is associated with a persistent cookie that Mirror Life or our Website place on your browser. The security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies shall be especially taken care of by the Company. For example, Mirror Life does not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies.

(iv) IP Addresses. When you visit the Website or Mirror Life, the Company collects IP addresses to track and aggregate non-personally identifiable information. For example, our Website uses IP addresses to identify the regions from which users navigate the Website.

  • Please note that you may also log in to Mirror Life with your accounts of third-party softwares, e.g., Lovense Remote and Lovense Connect. In such cases, we will, with your consent, collect the relevant and needed Personal Data that you provided to those third-party softwares.
  • Legal Requirements. The Company may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

4.HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR CONTENT

The Services enable you to transmit Content in the form of Text, Pictures, Audio messages, and Video messages. Text and Pictures are stored on our servers for seven days, and then automatically deleted; However, text sent by a User to a connected recipient are transmitted directly and not stored on our servers. Audio messages are stored on our servers for seven days, and then automatically deleted. Video messages do not pass through our servers and are transmitted directly from user to user. Vibration Patterns are stored on our servers for seven days, and then automatically deleted. Content posted using Mirror Life, including text and pictures, are stored on our servers until they are deleted by the User.

Remember, however, that there are various ways that recipients can save your Content using any number of techniques: screenshots, third party software, or any other image-capture technology. It also is possible that someone might be able to access messages forensically or find them in a device’s temporary storage.

Although our systems are designed to delete Content automatically after a given period of time, we cannot promise that deletion will occur within a specific timeframe. Additionally, we may need to suspend those deletion practices if we receive valid legal process asking us to preserve Content or if we receive reports of abuse or other Terms of Service violations. Finally, we may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period of time if required by law.

* Please note that any Content that you send to the recipient as aforementioned does not fall within the scope of personal information which we will collect under Article 1 of the Privacy Policy. The Company hereby disclaims any obligation or liability for acquisition, storage and use of the Content by any third party, including the recipient, to whom the Content is sent by the User.

5.CHILDREN SHOULD NOT SUBMIT PERSONAL DATA

The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use the Services and do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children under the age of 18 never to provide Personal Data to the Services. If you have reason to believe that someone under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data to the Company through the Services, please contact us at [email protected], and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

6.HOW WE SECURE YOUR INFORMATION AND CONTENT

The Company takes commercially reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The Company uses security measures for any personal and account data that we store (emails, phone numbers, etc.). Account-identifiable or user-identifiable data collected through the Services may be encrypted and stored on our internal databases for up to seven (7) days. The Company will not sell or transfer account-identifiable data to third parties. Any accessible data associated with your account or your profile can be retrieved only if you provide us with your account identifier. Please note that all payments for products and services are processed by third-parties. The Company makes good-faith efforts to use third-party companies which employ proper protections measures for private information. However, we have no control over said companies; therefore, the Company exclusively disclaims any obligation or liability for said third-parties' processes and security measures.

Your rights regarding your Personal Information are protected by local data protection laws and normally include:

The right to access your Personal Information (right to access);

While the laws on data protection and other laws can be different between the United States and your country, we endeavor to protect your privacy, including, for instance, concluding an individual data processing agreement or comply with additional requirements applicable for Users as required in some jurisdictions (an example would be the Australian Privacy Act for Users domiciled in Australia); We may also be required to host User Data within the EU for those who domiciled in the EU/EEA or Switzerland - where you are domiciled in the European Union (“EU”) / the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland and has explicitly requested hosting of your data in the EU, by using our Website or Mirror Lifer, however, you understand and consent to our collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information to our facilities in the United States or other countries in which we operate and to our third-party contractors with whom we share the data for purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Where Data is to be transferred from the EU/EEA and Switzerland, we will also need to comply with the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks concluded between the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Union as well as with the Swiss–U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. The Company hereby reserves the right to modify/ amend or otherwise change this Privacy Policy, as it deems necessary or appropriate because of legal compliance requirements or changes in Company's business practices. If you have provided us with an email address, we will endeavor to notify you, by email to that address, of any material change to how we will use personally identifiable information. If you do not agree with our updated Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.
